Job Description As a Digital Production Manager, you will lead digital production-focused projects through to execution. Your responsibilities will include implementing effective team approaches and developing technology tactics that improve the process. Main Responsibilities: - Prioritize and communicate daily/weekly work requests and assign appropriate resources based on project scopes for dynamic creative, site builds, apps, OLA, business decks, etc. - Track Digital Studio resources based on availability and skill sets. - Lead weekly account team status meetings to review projects and participate in daily status meetings with other teams to assess cross-office resource availability (on and offshore). - Oversee the production workflow process, solving for conflicts as they arise. - Keep pulse on emerging digital production technologies. - Support internal teams and partners in the delivery of solutions, insights and recommendations. - Develop direct reports through thoughtful, timely performance reviews and development plans. - Review the team's work and provide directions to elevate the quality and ensure deliverables match the original request. - Commit to evolving the creative practice and bringing in outside inspiration whenever possible. - Manage your time efficiently to balance with multiple simultaneous projects.
