Your Role - Manage the Annual Work Plan in Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety. - Manage the Training Plan in Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety. - Manage facility access controls and issued cards. - Support and/or participate in the execution of Internal and External Audits - Coordinate the Investigation of Incidents and Work Accidents - Coordinate the necessary activities to guarantee that the company has legal permits regarding Safety and Health at Work and the Environment - Define and implement emergency management schemes in conjunction with the Crisis Committee - Guarantee compliance with the requirements established by the applicable Environmental Management and Occupational Health and Safety control entities. - Guarantee the timely reporting of information to control entities, clients, suppliers, authorities, community and/or interested parties - Implement and Maintain the Environmental Management System by executing the applicable Programs - Implement and Maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System by executing the applicable Programs - Lead prevention and promotion campaigns in Safety and Health at Work and the Environment - Keep the Matrix of Environmental Aspects and Impacts of the Organization and the associated programs updated - Keep the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Matrix of the Organization and the associated programs updated - Verify compliance with the guidelines established in the General Services contracts of: Waste Management, Operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant; Physical Security, Messaging and General Services. - Seek continuous improvement in the processes in charge. About You - Industrial Engineer, Food Engineer, Occupational Safety Engineer, Chemical Engineer and related. - Experience of 5 years in Occupational Health and Safety and Environment. - Knowledge of environmental legislation, Health and Safety at Work. - Level of English B1 certificate. - Use of Office tools. - Specific requirements: Occupational health and safety license in accordance with the provisions of Resolution 4502 of 2012 modified by Resolution 447 of 2013. - 50-hour course required by the Ministry of Labor in accordance with the provisions of Resolution 4927 of 2016.
