Job Summary We are searching a Supply Analyst with experience in the comprehensive management of spare parts for dealerships, from identifying parts to quoting and invoicing. Focused on operational efficiency, process automation, and customer satisfaction, aiming to optimize supply processes and provide real-time support to dealerships, with improved visibility and control over orders and invoicing, facilitating strategic decision-making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Support for dealerships in identifying parts using spare parts catalogs - Entry, price assignment, and system update of new parts - Quoting parts upon dealership request (price and availability) - Support to dealerships when issues arise in the order upload process (obsolete parts, replacements, correct order type, missing units, etc.) - Order management: receiving, reviewing, uploading, releasing, and canceling - Monitoring of stock, price updates, and dispatch time projections - Order invoicing, invoice control, and reporting to finance - Direct communication with dealerships, suppliers, and logistics operators - Campaign follow-up and backorder analysis to ensure adequate supply - Creation and update of dashboards to track daily invoicing per dealership, providing valuable data to the team - Implementation of automation using VBA to improve visibility of key data (invoicing, BO, stock, container ETA, etc.) Qualifications - Graduate profile in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Business Intelligence, or related fields Knowledge of automotive spare parts * Commercial skills / Customer servisse / Analytical ability - Advanced Excel - Power BI, Qlik Sense, or other dashboard development tools - Intermediate to advanced English With more than 4000 employees in over 30 countries, diversity at GP Strategies is second nature!
