Purpose- To be responsible for operational, day to day management of financial data to ensure financial control- Ensure control procedures are closely adhered to in line with global processes and standards- Liaise with key external and internal partners to find opportunities to drive business outcomes- Provide ad-hoc reporting & decision support for the business units as required Accountabilities- Lead the RTR team, accountable for the accurate and fair accounting of the company operations- Interpret reports and data using a range of techniques and tools and communicates to business and financial colleagues, providing technical support and advice to business partners- Continuously monitor the respective P&L; and/or BS accounts for any inconsistencies- Ensure that financial processes are undertaken accurately, efficiently, on time and that the surrounding internal control procedures are closely adhered to in line with global processes and standards- Strongly connect with FP&A; team to understand market drivers- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, controls, compliance and adherence to global standards and procedures. Continuous Improvement Attitude- Strong business partner and CX attitude. Develop a good working relationship with key collaborators; market, FC, STC, STP and global teams- Provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified or requested. Additional Requirements: - Take full ownership of Record-to-Report (RTR) activities from both business and technical standpoints- Lead the RTR team, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines- Serve as the primary point of contact for the RTR team, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end journal entry process, including upstream and downstream impacts- Ensure timely resolution of all open GLAT items- Maintain strict compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements- Proactively identify and implement process and system enhancements to drive operational efficiency and improve stakeholder satisfaction- Ensure the intercompany team operates all CARM and GAR controls effectively and on time, while identifying and mitigating potential risks- Foster a culture of high engagement by training, coaching, and empowering team members, and supporting their skill development- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization and simplification of processes- Collaborate closely with Business Finance and other finance partners to ensure smooth and effective financial operations Q
