We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple business units. Job Description This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in dynamic, multi-brand environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing campaigns across multiple platforms and industries. Key Responsibilities: - Campaign Development: Develop and execute paid media strategies tailored to each brand's specific needs. - Campaign Management: Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok, and LinkedIn. - Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates. - Reporting: Create performance reports for internal teams and brand managers. - Collaboration: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to deliver high-performing creatives. - Integration: Work with CRM and landing page teams to ensure optimized post-click experiences. - Campaign Coordination: Coordinate campaigns for lead generation, eCommerce, B2B awareness, and recruitment marketing. Qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital media buying. - Proven track record of managing campaigns across multiple platforms and industries. - Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. - Strong analytical skills and advanced use of Excel or Google Sheets. - Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Looker, or equivalent. - Comfortable working independently and managing multiple stakeholders. - English language proficiency: B2 or higher.
