JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/MAIN FUNCTIONS Management of the EU High Risk notification requested by our asset management partners. Management of the Mutual Fund onboarding queue. Responding to mutual funds and ETF inquiries by advisors and supervision. Uploading factsheets, monthly reports, weekly calls, etc. Updating mutual fund (including ETF) database on a quarterly basis. Updating the cypher system as requested. Active operational functionalities with mutual funds (i.e. setting up mutual funds in Pershing, other functions related to onboarding mutual funds). Zoom management, agenda, and appointment management. Taking notes and preparing memos for specific committees. Ad hoc requests related to job functions. JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE) Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience in a professional office setting. SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES Initiative. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Customer service attitude, team player, and proactive.
