JOB DESCRIPTION Contáctica is seeking a Marketing Digital Analyst with 3–4 years of experience in digital campaign measurement, reporting, and analytics, as well as the management and optimization of web analytics platforms. This strategic, hands-on role combines strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will lead the conceptualization of measurement frameworks, manage and optimize analytics tools, analyze performance across digital channels, and deliver clear, impactful reports that guide marketing strategies. The ideal candidate demonstrates mastery of digital analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio) and has the ability to work seamlessly across multiple client projects, interpreting data and presenting insights that align with business objectives. As a key partner to our clients and internal teams, you will collaborate closely with media, creative, and strategy teams to ensure analytics are integrated into every stage of the marketing process — always with a results-driven, client-first mindset. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Conceptualize, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. - Conduct in-depth data analysis, ensure data quality (Data QA), and prepare strategic reports using Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI. - Evaluate and monitor campaign performance in platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads, identifying opportunities for optimization. - Analyze Paid Media data for both own brands and competitors to improve ROI and performance. - Manage and optimize SEO metrics to enhance search engine visibility and traffic. - Provide analytical support for continuous improvement initiatives across brands. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted analytical advisor. - Automate analytical processes and reporting workflows to increase efficiency. - Analyze website data using platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, and Semrush to identify user behavior trends and improvement opportunities. - Apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to increase conversion rates and business outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. - 3–4 years of proven experience in data analysis and digital marketing. - Proficiency in SQL, GCP, and relational databases. - Hands-on experience with ad management platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads). - Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager). - Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio). - Advanced skills in structuring and analyzing data using Excel and BigQuery. - Basic knowledge of SEO, CSS, and JavaScript. - Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail. - Experience with CRO methodologies and Paid Media performance analysis. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing urgency and importance.
