Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in Hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D;, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity. This is a senior position within the talent services and is responsible for overseeing the entire talent acquisition strategy, including recruitment, sourcing, employer branding, candidate care and have a dotted or direct line with the TM teams for Bogota aligned to the hub. The core objective is to attract and hire top talent for the Hub and commercial operations, often focusing on building a diverse and skilled workforce. Across 2023/2024 our last few years average hiring volumes has been in the region of 3400+. The focus of this role will be all LAT AM & North America. This is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. You will be responsible to assist in hiring the best talent for Sanofi and do this while providing world class candidate experience. You will also be required to ensure service levels are met and hence will/may need to schedule as well. Main responsibilities: - Coach and Mentor new talent , build a strong team - Developing and executing talent acquisition strategy - Aligning the hubs hiring needs with the overall business strategy, identifying critical skill gaps, and designing targeted recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates for respective countries - Leading the talent acquisition team - Collaborating with a team of recruiters, sourcers, and employer branding specialists across different locations - Sourcing and candidate engagement - Utilizing various channels like job boards, networking, social media, and employee referrals to source qualified candidates and engage them throughout the recruitment process. - Employer branding and market intelligence - Building and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract top talent, staying updated on market trends, and identifying potential talent pools - Talent pipeline management - Building a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs by proactively identifying and nurturing talent. - Diversity and inclusion initiatives - Implementing strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce within the Hub. - Performance metrics and reporting - Tracking key talent acquisition metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. - Conduct research on potential candidates and talent market trends About you You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience: - Proven track record of success in managing hubs - Experience in delivering exceptional results for recruiting in NA & Lat Am - Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations.
