Drive growth in services business We are looking for a highly skilled Offer Development Strategist to lead the delivery of solutions that meet customers' needs. About the Role This role involves promoting, leading, and achieving growth objectives in the services business unit across assigned clients. - Develop and implement growth strategies for the services business unit in assigned clients. - Collaborate with the sales team to promote strategic offers within the business unit. - Detect and develop Power and Industry business opportunities. - Conduct commercial visits to assigned customers. - Promote digital offers within business opportunities. - Achieve targets in orders and sales within the services business unit. - Ensure customer satisfaction across assigned clients. - Promote recurring and digital contracts in assigned clients. - Identify and close consulting businesses. - Support the service sales strategy through various channels. - Align efforts with GM's goals for the services business unit. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience. - An MBA is an advantage (in Business or Management). - Fluent English required. - At least 5 years of experience in offer exploration and incubation. - Industrial Automation knowledge. - Tendering/BID experience. - Financial acumen (cost, margin, revenue, forecasting, etc.). - Awareness of AI and development tools, including Jira/Aha.
