What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll be responsible for contacting individuals via phone and email to collect data through surveys. This is not a sales position, but it does require comfort with cold outreach and handling occasional rejection. A background in customer service or call centers is highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outreach via phone calls and emails to gather survey responses. Accurately record and organize collected data. Monitor and track response rates to ensure timely completion. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure survey content aligns with project goals. Provide regular updates and reports on survey progress. Requirements: Technical, technological, or professional education background. English level B2 or higher (required) – you’ll be working with U.S.-based teams. 1–2 years of experience in customer service / success in call centers. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Excel or similar data tools. Comfortable with outreach and cold contact. Self-motivated and deadline-driven. Contract Details: Type: Fixed-term (6 months). Salary: COP $5,000,000/month. Schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours.
