Job Summary We are seeking an organized and efficient contract administrator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly driven individual with a well-rounded skill set. Key Responsibilities: - Administer, manage and track contracts through all stages—initiation, drafting, review, approval, execution, and renewal. - Handle internal requests using a ticketing system, ensuring resolution within specified deadlines. - Serve as primary point of contact for contract intake, tracking, and status updates. - Forecast issues and tasks and provide solutions while adhering to strict deadlines. - Collaborate with legal team and other stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with company policies and business objectives. - Support the legal team in reviewing contracts, relying heavily on previous contracts as a resource for terms and conditions, and reviewing contractual documents. - Provide support in the development of responses to client RFPs, due diligence questionnaires, or similar requests. - Collaborate with colleagues across organizational lines to obtain and transmit contract management information. - Develop, monitor and maintain contract performance and key dates (e.g., expirations, renewals, obligations) and ensure timely follow-up. - Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into contract status, volume, and compliance metrics. - Support audits and compliance reviews by ensuring contract records are complete and accessible. - Assist in training users on CLM system functionality and best practices. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in contract administration or related field. - High proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Working knowledge of industry business practices, proposal review, contract review, and contract administration principles, as well as some exposure to contract negotiations. - Understanding of contract law, regulations, and procurement processes. - Ability to work independently and across business functions in a remote office setting. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities. - Experience with contract lifecycle management and familiarity with legal terminology. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
