Impact on our ecosystem: As an Inside Sales Supervisor, you will lead a team of remote sales executives focused on acquiring new businesses. You will ensure activation goals are met, maintain a high-quality sales pipeline, and execute sales processes flawlessly. This role combines operational leadership, commercial analysis, and ongoing coaching. Your responsibilities include: Leading, motivating, and developing an Inside Sales team to meet weekly and monthly activation targets. Monitoring and optimizing key performance indicators: effective calls, conversions, sales cycles, data quality, etc. Ensuring adherence to commercial processes and quality standards. Analyzing sales funnel and proposing strategies to increase conversion rates and improve team efficiency. Providing coaching, individual follow-up, and continuous feedback to team members. Coordinating with operations, support, and onboarding teams to ensure proper activation of businesses. Participating in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members. Reporting weekly results to sales leaders and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles, with at least 1 year leading teams. Experience in inside sales, call centers, or B2B digital sales channels. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills in dynamic environments. Strong results orientation and mastery of KPIs. Analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel, CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.). Proactivity, ownership, and a mindset of continuous improvement. Studies in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
