Now, we're looking for a highly motivated Systems Engineer to join our team. This role will be a key member of the Systems Engineering Team assisting with a multitude of tasks related to the design and management of new systems/platforms within the company. The systems will include the Company Intranet, Partner Portal, Ticketing System, System Design Tool, Knowledge Base, Confluence, eLearning platform and many more. Responsibilities: Collaborate with key stakeholders (regional ISS teams, partners, end-users) to collect requirements for what the new system should have. Write project/feature requirement documents and articles and send to the developers. Assist in the design of the user interfaces, dashboards and features for the new systems. Be proficient in Figma and Photoshop. Have deep understanding of software system design, user interface design best practices, system hosting options, cyber security standards. Have fundamental understanding of how to integrate with third-party systems (to incorporate the 3-party functionality inside the ISS Systems). Examples – integrate with PayPal, Credit Card Payment, Confluence, MS Dynamics, DocuSign, etc. Help test new systems/features as they are released. Input and track issues in Jira. Help create test plans for new systems/features rollouts. Perform analysis of other systems in the market to ensure our system has a competitive advantage in design and feature set. Create new system training documentation and videos when new systems are released. Periodically work with regional teams to check how systems are performing and document all improvement/new feature requests. Write material/articles in Knowledge Base Portal, about the ISS solution set. Update Satellite Development Section in company Intranet Portal. Need to coordinate with local teams and get fresh set of developments/documentation. Help create material for new eLearning platform. Write training content, screenshots, and videos. Conduct trainings for team members from all regions – about new system releases. Help create educational/training videos for partners, about the ISS software platform and modules. Maintain knowledge of all product offerings and technical support policies. Help with office IT maintenance if needed – troubleshoot office network issues, computer issues, printer issues, etc. Providing technical presentations/trainings of the ISS software to partners/clients. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned. What We’re Looking For: A creative candidate who can imagine and innovate, create effective new solutions and designs. Excellent communication (oral, written) in English and Spanish, with colleagues worldwide (LATAM, US, Middle East, Eastern Europe), required. Experience supporting proprietary software, required. Issue Tracking tools: Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps Boards, required. Experience using the following Collaboration Platforms: Slack, Microsoft Teams, required. Experience using the following Cloud Computing Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google, preferred. Experience using the following other tools: Confluence, SharePoint, Figma, Photoshop, MS Dynamics, required. Working knowledge of networking, including LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, NAT, port forwarding, configuring switches, troubleshooting, etc., required. Working knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 / Win 10/11 / Linux Debian required. Working knowledge of relational databases including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, required. Working knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V, required. Great organizational and follow-up skills, required. Ability to do presentations/training for groups of 5-50 people, required. Ability to take initiative and work with minimum supervision. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.
