This role is focused on outbound calls to clients from our internal database—guiding them through the order process and gathering relevant information. Note: This is not a closing role initially. Once the lead has been qualified and all necessary product/order details are collected, it will be handed off to the sales team for quotation and final sale. However, this is a growth-focused position with a clear career path. After a period of outbound lead generation, team members will receive full training to begin handling inbound sales calls and, eventually, take full ownership of the sales cycle, including closing.
