Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of operational services across all regions. In this role, you will work closely with business management and operations teams to achieve a common goal – creating a cohesive team that delivers operational excellence. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and monitor the performance of logistics service providers (LSPs). Your responsibilities will include coordinating delivery of operational services against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), developing strong working relationships between business management and operations, and leading regular management meetings with LSPs to identify areas of improvement. You will also collaborate with the Business Manager to maintain and update customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and have experience in Freight Forwarding (Air, Sea, Road), Supply Chain optimization, and operational performance improvement.
