Reporting & Insights: Generate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions to improve operations. What We’re Looking For: Experience with ERP & CRM systems (a must!). Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong understanding of sales support & customer service best practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
