We’re looking for a Sales Support & Customer Service Representative to assist customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless sales operations. This role bridges the gap between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Troubleshooting: Assist customers with orders, account statuses, and resolve issues promptly. Sales Support: Process orders, verify documents, track shipments, and address discrepancies. Enrollment Guidance: Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition to service initiation. Back-Office Coordination: Complete service requests and collaborate with internal departments to maintain service continuity. Data Management: Accurately update customer records in ERP and CRM systems , maintaining order history and communication logs. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to enhance the customer experience and optimize service delivery. Reporting & Insights: Generate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions to improve operations. What We’re Looking For: Experience with ERP & CRM systems (a must!). Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong understanding of sales support & customer service best practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
