*$7500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time* BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for full-time, part-time, or per diem home health visits in Howard County, Maryland. Candidates must have at least one year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist. Availability to see patients between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, is required. Watch this video to learn more about career pathing at BAYADA: Responsibilities include: - Making home visits to clients in designated areas. - Performing diagnostic tests such as mobility, joint range, stability, ambulation patterns, muscle strength, endurance, balance, and safety assessments. - Implementing wound care interventions with evidence-based dressings and topical agents. - Developing and implementing individualized care plans, including manual therapy, gait training, and balance exercises. - Assessing and revising care plans, collaborating with nursing staff as needed. - Educating clients and families on rehabilitative activities to promote health and independence. - Documenting observations and interventions accurately using electronic tablets. Qualifications: - Current Maryland Physical Therapist license. - Minimum of one year recent clinical experience as a PT. - Graduation from an APTA-approved program. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. - Proficiency with computers; prior EMR experience preferred.
