As Legal Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing legal matters for the Pacific region. You will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting documents, analysing legislation, and providing legal advice to ensure compliance with laws in multiple jurisdictions. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing **General Advisory**: Legal advice on the different day-to-day consultations of the different areas of the company.Relationship of cases with external lawyers for specific cases or litigation, as well as their respective follow-up. Procedures before entities and their respective follow-up.Reception, review, and response to requirements from entities and superintendencies. Immigration procedures and review of regulations. **Contracts**: Preparation and review of contracts for the different areas seeking to mitigate risks and protect the interests of the company. **Compliance**: Support to the compliance officer in the risk management assessment. Creation, implementation and updating of formats that allow monitoring of suppliers to mitigate risks.Review and approval of C3 packaging and advertising communications arts considering local front labeling regulations. Management and implementation of projects for the company to improve processes and achieve efficiency between areas: Preparation and implementation of the contractual procedure for Kellogg, Standardization of contracts, Creation of Compliance formats, Creation of contract templates and Training. Your Recipe for Success Bachelor’s degree in law (or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably with international exposure. Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in handling legal software and databases. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English both written and spoken.
