Founded in Israel in 2010, Tipalti is a global business headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City) with offices in Tel Aviv, Plano, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Amsterdam, and Tbilisi. In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading integration projects for customers using ERP solutions, ensuring smooth and efficient configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborating with internal teams to understand business requirements, address integration challenges, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Configuring and testing ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, Intacct, QuickBooks) to meet customer specifications and ensure seamless integration with Tipalti. Coordinating with internal engineering teams and external customer teams to manage integration timelines, tasks, and issue resolution. Conducting end-user training and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth integrations. Participating in post-integration support, addressing technical issues, and providing continuous improvement recommendations. Contributing to developing and improving internal processes and documentation to ensure a repeatable, scalable, and efficient integration process. Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and contribute to product enhancements based on customer experiences and technical insights. Utilizing Slack, JIRA, and Confluence for team collaboration, task management, and documentation sharing throughout the integration lifecycle. About you Proven experience in integration and configuration of ERP systems, focusing on customer-facing configuration and testing. Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics BC) and experience configuring, testing, and integrating them into customer environments. Hands-on experience with web technologies (e.g., APIs, SOAP, REST) to assist in integrating ERP systems and resolving technical issues. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful ERP integrations. Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, JIRA, and Confluence for project management and team communication. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers, gather requirements, and present solutions clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. BA/BS in a related field or equivalent professional experience. Preferred: Proven hands-on experience implementing or integrating ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics BC). Familiarity with business processes related to ERP functionality, such as finance, procurement, and supply chain management. Familiarity with SaaS applications and cloud-based ERP solutions.
