About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Process & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to make a significant impact on our operations, ensuring seamless efficiency and continuous improvement. - Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational processes tailored to our Data Centre environment, guaranteeing optimal performance and reliability. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and rectify inefficiencies, streamlining workflows to enhance overall productivity. - Certifications and Compliance: - Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of relevant ISO certifications and EPI compliance for Data Centre Operations. - Ensure adherence to audit and regulatory requirements for Data Centre processes, maintaining up-to-date documentation and implementing controls for ongoing compliance. - Audit Management: - Plan, execute, and monitor internal and external audits related to Data Centre compliance, developing corrective action plans based on findings. - Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: - Establish a robust quality assurance program, setting guidelines, standards, and performance metrics specific to Data Centre operations, driving process improvements and measurable outcomes. - Performance Metrics and Data Analysis: - Define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency and quality, analyzing data to support informed decision-making and process enhancements. - Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with Data Centre teams to ensure alignment between operational processes and business needs, fostering effective communication and coordination. - Training and Culture Building: - Provide training and guidance on compliance, quality assurance, and certification standards, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance within the Data Centre. - Client Feedback and Satisfaction: - Collaborate with client relations teams to gather feedback, implement improvements, and ensure high client satisfaction regarding Data Centre operations, driving customer loyalty and retention.
