Position Overview:


We are seeking a Recruiter & Sales Associate to support both recruiting efforts and outbound sales. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while also reaching out to businesses to establish new partnerships. The ideal candidate is assertive, results-driven, and comfortable handling both recruitment and sales tasks. Key Responsibilities:









Screen candidates, conduct video interviews, and manage the onboarding process. Ensure new hires meet licensing, insurance, and compliance requirements. Maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates to support business growth. Utilize Breezy and other recruitment tools to track applicants and streamline processes. Outbound Sales: Initiate contact with businesses from provided lists to establish connections and create new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and clients. Meet and exceed performance targets for both recruitment and sales. Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). 1-3 years of recruiting and/or sales experience, preferably in high-volume hiring or business development. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using Breezy and other recruitment software (or ability to learn quickly). Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience using Go High Level (CRM), Helpscout, Aircall, and Slack. Prior experience with recruiting for a small/medium-sized company. Background in cold calling or business development.
