Responsibilities - Partner with the Client Service Team account managers to help clients scope survey questions, advise on survey best practices and ensure the highest level of service is delivered end-to-end. - Support the Client Service Team to ensure quality delivery in terms of survey programming and top of the line visualizations and dashboards. - Actively work with the Product team and Quality Assurance squad on developing new automation processes and functionalities needed for survey respondent optimization and client analysis efficiencies.
