We are responsible for seeking Process Improvement, Sales Efficiency and providing a good Customer Experience in their life cycle. As mentioned, the Commercial Service Center is in charge of supporting Administrative Services and Requests from the Sales Team with Customers divided in more than 60 countries (North Americas, South America, Central America and Caribe), having the opportunity to connect with different people and languages. It’s super important that the candidate for this position has a great level of resilience, commitment and communication. Summary of the role: Your objectives are to prepare, execute and analyze sales administrative processes for Amadeus markets, supporting the Americas Commercial Team, identifying problems, analyzing and solving them. You are responsible for connecting external customers, business partners, and Accounts Executives. In this role you’ll: Provide administrative and operational support to the Americas Sales team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of Ordering Activities, Data analysis, generating reports, and other administrative tasks of a Commercial routine. Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account status, and relevant issues. Process customer orders for data editing and product inventory. Ensure the quality and agility of service to strategic customers, as well as keeping the commercial team updated. Control and monitor customer requests to ensure correct input of information in systems. Define, review, and validate requirements for the Sales Team. Have a broad understanding of the environment and use it to improve efficiency, recommend solutions/best practices, and influence the strategy of the department. About the ideal candidate: Education: Background in Systems Technology and studies in Business or a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or IT. Relevant Work Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position. Experience in Customer Service, Commercial routine, and expert level in MS Office business applications. Business understanding: You are accountable and proactive with highly developed decision-making skills, result-oriented, and have a spirit to work as one team with your peers. You have exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines. Skills: Computing: Expert level in MS Office business applications. Languages: Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Specific Knowledge: Experience with Administrative Tasks in the Commercial Routine (differential).
