We are currently looking for a Mid-level Product Development Engineer in Bogotá, Colombia. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on. - Deliver LatAm innovation pipeline projects within set time, resources, and budget. - Translate requirements into concepts, refine based on stakeholders and experts. - Lead testing solutions. - Collaborate with process and material experts on industrialization. - Support and inspire fellow engineers to develop optimal solutions. - Possess key technical knowledge in production processes and product design. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or related fields. - Experience in developing plastic products: injection molding, extrusion, etc. - 3+ years of managing complex project portfolios, with high organization and proactivity. - Experience with 3D modeling (preferably SolidWorks or CAD). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Willingness to travel (10-20%).
