Job Description: TheProject Manager performs a wide range of duties including some orall the following: - End-to-end management of a project or programof projects including: - Scope Management - Time Management - CostManagement - Quality Management - Human Resource/ PersonnelManagement - Communications Management - Risk Management -Procurement/Subcontractor Management - Stakeholder (internal andexternal) Management - Manage all phases of project – Initiation,Planning, Execution, Monitor and Control and Closing - Effectiveuse of NICE project management methodology, processes, tools,techniques and templates. In doing so, define project tasks andprepare project plans. Monitor, manage, and communicate projectprogress. Manage project scope and scope changes. Manage &motivate; the team assigned to the project. Provide feedbackregarding their performances. - Being the single point of contactfor assigned projects and represent NICE or Business Unit ininternal and external /customer forums by providing effectivecommunication. Act as a trusted adviser for assigned clients andassist with the development of roadmaps and other long rang plansfor leveraging the solution and maximizing the ROI. - Manage issuesproactively, provide visibility of issues and resolution tostakeholders and escalate internally as required to resolve issues. - Report on Status of project to internal and external stakeholdersaccurately on agreed frequency - Manage project related revenue andrevenue forecast. Keep management systems updated to reflectrevenue forecasting. - Measure the quality and efficiency of eachdelivery. Proactively provide feedback on lessons learned andsuggestions for future improvements. Contribute to projectmanagement methodology improvements. Provide assessment of projectresults. - Be part of the broader PM community to participate,contribute, learn, and collaborate to increase efficiency ofProject Management at NICE Qualifications: - Proficientcommunication skills in English (B2 or higher) - Minimum of 5 Yearsof current proven experience as a PM leading team and manage peoplein a matrix environment. Experience withinternational clientsisrequired. - Experience working as a project manager for aconsulting or software organization or similar delivering solutionstoexternal clients. - Experience managing the fullsoftware SDLCas aproject manager, including discovery, design and development ofcustom solutions. - Proven Ability to manage complex and dynamicprojects for external customers. - Proven Ability to manage largeand simultaneity projects. - Proven experience managing IT,Telephony, Software projects. - Proven Ability to form strongcustomer relationships. - Proven Ability to span business andtechnical issues. - Ability and willingness to work in a highlydynamic environment. - Ability to work in a global collaborativeteam environment. - Strong business acumen and orientation. -Revenue forecast management. - Budget management. - PMPCertification desirable - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in systemsengineering and related fields #J-18808-Ljbffr IT
