Job Description As a seasoned technology leader, you will oversee the strategic direction and operation of our cloud infrastructure division. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining scalable DevOps and MLOps infrastructure. - Leading the transition to a SaaS product offering. - Ensuring seamless integration with AWS and Azure platforms. - Managing massive computational loads for a 100+ engineer organization. - Developing and leading a robust team. Our ideal candidate possesses: - A master's degree in computer science or a related field. - At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering and/or DevOps. - 2+ years of experience leading DevOps and/or platform teams in a technology-driven company. - Proven leadership skills with ability to prioritize and manage urgency. - Excellent understanding of DevOps practices and agile methodologies. We value candidates who are experienced in development, deployment, and production environments for AI solutions, particularly large language models. Experience leading MLOps/AI/Data engineers is also essential. This role reports directly to the CTO and requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of automation tools such as Terraform.
