Especialista Administración Plataformas Clientes Responsable de administración de la plataforma de servidores físicos y virtuales atendiendo los incidentes y requerimientos del grupo de servidores, velar, gestionar y asegurar que los tiempos de respuesta cumplan con los acuerdo de níveles de servicio contratados para todo lo relacionado con el soporte del área de servidores, gestionar escalamientos con terceros y velar el cumplimiento de los mismos, Definir y mantener los criterios tecnológicos y procedimentales para todas las implementaciones de aplicaciones del cliente, estructurando documentación de la infraestructura a cargo, basados en la mejores prácticas y lineamientos o requerimientos del cliente. Establecer planes de trabajo, que garanticen el mejoramiento continuo de los servicios De 2 a 4 años de experiência Formación profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, informática, electrónica o telecomunicaciones, o afines acreditar experiência mínima de 48 meses. Acreditar 24 meses de experiência profesional en administración de plataformas Windows y Linux, servicios de DA, DHCP, DNS, File server, SFTP, FTPS. Acreditar certificado VCP (VMWARE Certified Professional), y/o 12 meses de experiência en instalación y administración de sistemas VMWARE 6.0 o superior Mínimo 24 meses de experiência en Administración de Sistemas Operativos Microsoft Windows Server 2012 o superior. Debe contar con certificación vigente AZ-104 de Microsoft. Debe contar con certificación vigente AZ-900 de Microsoft. Debe acreditar experiência mínima de 24 meses en administración de Directorio Activo. Deseable experiência en entornos de virtualización HyperV, Vmware, Simplivity.
