About the Role The Network Operations Analyst is a vital role focused on optimizing the performance and future growth of our logistics network. This position requires a strong analytical mindset to dissect complex logistical challenges, including warehouse connectivity, SLA compliance, and network optimization opportunities. The analyst will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, proposing data-driven solutions, and ensuring seamless network operations. A key aspect of this role involves proactive capacity planning and network modeling. The Network Operations Analyst will forecast network demands, analyze critical data points such as last mile and middle mile volumes, truck injection schedules, and warehouse throughput to develop robust capacity models for cross-functional stakeholders. Additionally, this individual will be the primary point of contact for evaluating and approving client volume proposals, collaborating across teams to resolve potential issues and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Finally, the analyst will lead strategic projects related to network scalability, encompassing network design, real estate planning, and the development of innovative operating models to support our expanding logistics capabilities.
