The Detailer is responsible for producing precise drawings,coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamlesscommunication between clients and production teams. This position is criticalin ensuring the accurate fabrication and timely delivery of rebar components,contributing to the successful completion of concrete structures inconstruction projects. Qualifications: Civil Engineering degree Advanced English level Proficiency in rebar detailing software and drafting tools. Strong understanding of industry standards and building codes. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Proven experience in project coordination or rebar detailing (preferred). Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing project needs. Key Responsibilities: Produce accurate and clear rebar placement drawings in line with industry standards and client specifications. Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing project requirements, resolving questions, and communicating updates. Enter bar lists and project data into the fabrication system with precision. Coordinate project timelines and ensure deliverables align with client expectations. Work closely with production teams to match client needs with manufacturing capabilities and communicate any limitations. Ensure all drawings and bar lists comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and best practices. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues during detailing and fabrication to avoid delays or added costs. Maintain organized records of project documents, communications, drawings, and approvals. Prepare and share progress updates with clients and internal stakeholders when necessary. Participate in training and suggest improvements to enhance team efficiency and technical processes. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and team members to ensure smooth and successful project execution.
