Required Skills: - Leadership Ability: Proven leadership experience managing large teams across multiple sites or district management. - Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or significant people management experience required. - Soft Skills: High EQ, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make informed decisions.
