Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee dock and yard operations, ensuring compliance with planning, efficiency, and safety standards. Main Responsibilities - Supervise loading and unloading of containers, roll-on/roll-off cargo, loose cargo, and other types of cargo. - Evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and competitiveness. - Maintain high levels of safety and compliance with regulations. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource management and logistics. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, naval sciences, or related fields. - Intermediate-level English proficiency for effective communication with international trade agents. - At least 2 years of experience in supervision, field work, production, and/or logistics. - Ability to work rotating shifts and be available in person. - Knowledge of resource management, management indicators, logistics, and transportation.
