UX/UI Web Design Specialist - Remote - Colombia FullStack is seeking a skilled and motivated UX/UI Web Design Specialist to lead the visual identity of our brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about web and graphic design, with the ability to create engaging, functional, and visually compelling content that aligns with our brand style and enhances user experience. As a key team member, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining a cohesive brand presence through best UX practices, modern web design, and high-quality visual assets. Responsibilities Design engaging and user-friendly web and graphic content following UX best practices. Create and maintain visual assets that reflect and enhance FullStack's brand identity. Collaborate with development teams to ensure design consistency across digital platforms. Manage and organize brand visuals and assets efficiently. Possibly contribute to motion graphics, ad design, illustration, and basic video editing. Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in web and graphic design. Advanced English proficiency. Degree in Design, Multimedia, or related field, or equivalent experience. Expertise in Figma. Strong portfolio demonstrating web and graphic design skills. Ability to create PDFs, AI-generated images, ads, and social media assets. Experience working on large, complex systems and Agile/Scrum teams. Attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude.
