What You’ll Do Clarify and communicate the vision with CEO Sell the why behind every policy change and cultural shift Help the company operate smoother than it should at this size Translate strategy into projects, timelines, and accountability Lead rollouts (benefits, onboarding, internal playbooks, reporting systems) Identify and fix broken workflows without waiting for direction What You’ll Deliver Build a 90-day onboarding to make every new hire feel like they’ve joined something bigger than a job, and giving them a roadmap to thrive Create interactive content to bring clarity, consistency, and culture to life Represent WYN as a recruiter and mentor, making our mission feel real by helping grow careers they didn’t think were possible What You’ll Need 5+ years leading teams of 50–100+ in fast-moving companies Experience in staffing, creative, or digital marketing environments Startup or scale-up experience, preferably supporting a founder or CEO Fluent in English & Spanish, with strong cross-cultural communication skills A confident, concise communicator — in-person, in Slack, and on video You move fast, fix what’s broken, and don’t wait for permission to lead Bonus Points Track record of performance and content creation in recruiting Familiar with contractor dynamics in Colombia and US Experience coaching a founder through scale First 90 Days Build and deliver a weekly roadmap from the CEO’s top 3 priorities Own internal communications across the team Fix at least 3 broken workflows and coach 2 team leads to better performance Run your first initiative (e.g. onboarding, benefits rollout, weekly meeting structure) Build trust by explaining not just the what, but the why behind how WYN operates Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
