Our client is a fast-growing Shopify brand in the natural skincare space , generating approximately $1M/month in revenue . With over 3.5 years in the market , they’re on a mission to help people feel good in their skin—naturally. About The Role
This is a fully remote leadership position for a hands-on, results-oriented operator. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving quarterly priorities, implementing EOS cadence, and ensuring all departments are aligned around execution. You’ll work directly with the founder to shape and execute the business strategy, optimizing operations, empowering the team, and promoting a culture of performance, speed, and innovation. What You’ll Do Vision to Execution










Translate high-level company goals into clear projects and timelines Align all teams around quarterly priorities and remove execution roadblocks Track progress, report weekly, and hold owners accountable
Run the EOS Cadence Lead weekly L10 meetings across teams Maintain company scorecards and dashboards Drive completion of quarterly Rocks and weekly To-Dos
Optimize Day-to-Day Operations Oversee supply chain, fulfillment, and customer experience Build and refine internal systems for speed and reliability Manage vendor, partner, and contractor relationships
Champion AI and Automation Promote a culture of using AI tools and automation to stay lean Identify and streamline any manual workflows before new hiring decisions Support team adoption of internal AI systems and resources
Lead the Team with Clarity and Accountability Maintain a strong culture of ownership, transparency, and results Ensure each team member knows what they own and how success is measured Address underperformance swiftly, with fairness and clarity
Ensure Legal and Regulatory Readiness Help manage compliance and documentation for operations, products, and data Keep risk low as the company grows
What You Bring Proven experience in operations or general management at a scaling brand Deep familiarity with the EOS framework and running L10s, Rocks, and scorecards Experience managing remote teams and distributed systems Strong understanding of process design, accountability, and cross-functional execution Comfortable working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier) and pushing automation Clear, honest communicator who drives results without micro-managing You enjoy turning chaos into order and ideas into outcomes
