LAO Supply Chain Finance Manager - Kimberly Clark Professional This role will provide leadership of our supply chain analyst(s), as well as individually providing analytical support, counsel, insight and though-leadership for the business to deliver (exceed) its financial, operational and strategic goals. Be a thought-partner for driving best finance practices in LAO / Kimberly Clark Professional. **Business Priorities**: - Drive incremental profitability and cash flow to the Region through proactive analysis, insights generation and recommendations. - As the Finance leader to the KCP LAO Product Supply Director, constructively challenge the business to unlock full potential. - Provide total delivered cost financial analyses on actuals and forecast to Regional CFO and Commercial finance Team **Role Accountabilities**: - Provide financial expertise to the KCP LAO Product Supply Leadership team to ensure the achievement of overall objectives. Coordinate the identification of opportunities for improving cost performance of the product supply team to assure continuity of competitive manufacturing facilities. - Lead initiatives to benchmark cost and service levels within the finance organization, working seamlessly with other central finance leaders and the finance career development team to improve the strength of all centralized finance organizations. - Provide leadership to ensure the delivered costs finance team attracts, develops, and retains the best people and fosters an environment which motivates a diverse team to fully use its capabilities in achieving desired business results. - Embrace a Continuous Improvement mindset; using the tools and behaviours from this approach to drive a problem-solving approach and driving a desire to always do better - Support, provided guidance to and hold stakeholders accountable for cost reduction efforts across KCP LAO from identification through implementation. - Maintain flexibility to support broader cost-based and strategic initiatives across the organization. - Provide leadership, coaching and work direction to supply chain analyst(s). **Qualification/Functional/Business** skills**: - Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. - 6+ years of proven and progressive experience in finance. - Position is located in Colombia or Brazil - High degree of financial competence.
