HONOR Bogotá, D.C., Capital District, Colombia We are seeking an organized, friendly, and proactive individual for the position of Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, managing documents, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. Essential requirements for the position: - Conversational English - B2 level - Salary: $3,000,000 to $3,500,000 COP Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and register their information at reception. Maintain routine office procedures. Manage and follow up on invoices from service providers. Assist employees with business trips, including air ticket bookings and reimbursement documentation. Provide administrative support for real estate leasing, maintenance of furniture and appliances, utilities, registration management, safety, and cleaning arrangements. Manage and follow up on employee parking spaces for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles on a monthly basis. Qualifications include a technologist or professional degree in Business Administration or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist in multinational companies. Bilingual in English and Spanish (essential). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly detail-oriented, organized, goal-driven, with decision-making, planning, and time management skills.
