Position Overview: We are hiring a Land Title & Ownership Analyst to support U.S.-based projects related to mineral and surface rights research. You will be responsible for conducting online title research, reviewing deeds and county records, calculating ownership interests, and preparing detailed, client-ready reports. This role is ideal for candidates with property law knowledge and experience in mineral/title research who thrive in a remote, detail-driven, and deadline-sensitive environment. Key Responsibilities: - Title Research: Review county records to determine surface and mineral ownership using public databases. - Ownership Documentation: Analyze title history and record findings clearly in reports. - Report Creation: Prepare concise, accurate, and professional client-facing documents summarizing findings. - Compliance & Accuracy: Meet tight deadlines and ensure reports align with U.S. standards and project requirements. - Collaboration: Work independently while staying in sync with U.S.-based project teams and supervisors. Required Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in U.S.-based title or mineral research (county records, deeds, leases, ownership calculations). - Legal Knowledge: Understanding of surface vs. mineral rights, and familiarity with property rights in a U.S. context. - Tools: Comfortable working in Google Docs/Sheets and Adobe Acrobat; able to navigate online county databases. - Language: Strong written and spoken English communication skills (C1+). - Location: Must reside in LATAM and work CST-aligned hours. Nice to Haves: - Juris Doctor or law degree with a focus on property, mineral, or real estate law. - Experience working with GIS platforms like Overdrive or other real estate mapping tools. - Previous collaboration with U.S.-based legal or land services teams. - Background in energy/resource-based industries or real estate.
