The Position We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our product team. You'll work with one of our incredible teams to build and deliver products to our clients. Requirements - 4+ years of professional Salesforce Development experience. - Advanced English is required. - Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required. - Advanced proficiency in Apex programming, including triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous operations. - Skilled in building dynamic user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components, as well as legacy support with Visualforce pages. - Expertise in writing optimized SOQL and SOSL queries, with a strong focus on performance and governor limit awareness. - Deep experience working with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs for data exchange and custom service development. - Proficient in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including Opportunity stages, Case workflows, and Lightning Apps. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, role hierarchies, object relationships, sharing rules, and limits. - Proven experience working with Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, and Git-based CI/CD tools like GitHub and Bitbucket. - Hands-on experience with tools for Salesforce such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins, enabling automated testing, deployment, and release management across environments. - Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. - Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications. - Forensic attention to detail. - A positive mindset and a can-do attitude. - Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams. - Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems. - Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
