We’re looking for an Admissions Analyst with a commercial mindset and exceptional communication skills to be the voice of ABATECH for families exploring our services. You’ll handle back-to-back inbound and outbound calls, positioning ABATECH’s solutions as the best choice , and guiding families seamlessly through the intake process. What You'll Do - Act as the primary contact for families , handling high call volumes and responding with empathy and confidence. - Clearly communicate ABATECH’s value proposition and unique service benefits compared to alternatives. - Guide families through the intake process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required documentation (consents, ROIs, assessments). - Collect supporting documents, forms, and questionnaires from families while maintaining client records in Salesforce and SharePoint. - Schedule consultations and follow-ups with clinical teams. - Provide proactive follow-up to ensure families stay engaged throughout the intake process. - Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, billing, scheduling) to deliver a smooth, client-centered onboarding experience . - Identify opportunities to improve intake workflows and enhance family satisfaction. What We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s degree preferred (High School diploma required). - Proven experience in client-facing or customer engagement roles (call centers, healthcare intake, hospitality, or similar). - Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset. - Comfortable handling high-volume calls and working with call scripts and CRM tools. - Tech-savvy: Salesforce, Microsoft Office, scheduling platforms. - Experience in healthcare, autism services, or diagnostics is a plus .
