Your role is to ensure that every touchpoint - whether digital, print, or experiential - reflects KOROYD’s values and reinforces its position as a leader in impact protection technology.PARTNER BRAND CO-MARKETING AND PR ACTIVATIONKOROYD collaborates with leading partner brands to integrate its cutting-edge technology into products across multiple industries. Your role will be to ensure that every product launch, co-branding initiative, and marketing activation successfully promotes both KOROYD and its partners. You will work closely with external marketing teams to align messaging, drive brand awareness, and develop targeted campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.KOROYD B2C & B2B MARKETING AND PR STRATEGY & ACTIVATIONBeyond co-marketing efforts with partners, KOROYD must build its own presence in both consumer and business channels. Your responsibility is to develop and execute independent marketing and PR initiatives that showcase KOROYD’s technologies, reinforce its leadership in impact protection, and engage key stakeholders. Your campaigns will drive awareness, create demand, and position KOROYD as THE choice for safety innovation.Qualifications & Skills At least 5 years of Marketing experience, with a proven track record in fast paced environments. Preference for candidates with experience in sports, motorsports, outdoor and industrial.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital or Brand positionsStrong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business goals into clear, comprehensive marketing strategies.Exceptional ability in building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with brand partners. Demonstrated experience in effectively collaborating with diverse global teams and managing multiple stakeholder expectations.Demonstrated ability to work swiftly and efficiently, adapting to changing priorities and tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work.Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at articulating ideas and marketing plans clearly and persuasively.Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO and content marketing. Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies.Proven ability in leading teams and a multitude of projects, inspiring creativity and fostering a collaborative working environment.Deep knowledge of assigned products, competitors and their position in the marketplace.
