Job Title: Senior E-commerce Media Analyst We are looking for a skilled professional who wants to help global clients succeed and contribute to our team's growth. As a Senior E-commerce Media Analyst, you will directly contribute to transforming international clients' businesses by running and activating e-commerce campaigns and guiding team members to improve their technical goals. Key Responsibilities - Setup e-commerce campaigns on required platforms following agency and advertiser guidelines - Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation to prepare for campaign launch - Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation - Troubleshoot issues on pre-production and live campaigns - Ensure the quality of the campaign execution process - Work directly with global agencies to activate, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns for global clients and their business KPIs. - Proactively identify client's growth opportunities and take actions to ensure it happens. - Assist in Ecommerce and Digital Media training sessions. - Oversee the development, rollout, and adherence to ecommerce media best practices. - Prepare, train, and certify yourself to evolve and continue your career path while working on daily tasks. - Develop, improve, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service. Provide clients with recommendations and optimization strategies aligned with their objectives. - Effectively communicate digital strategies and tactical approaches for each campaign Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients meeting or exceeding client performance expectations - Attend client meetings as needed. Requirements - In-depth knowledge of Ecommerce platforms operating as an in-agency expert showing good understanding of overall media landscape - Strong communication skills - Result-oriented skills - Attention to details skills - Analytical skills - Previously trained in digital branding or performance campaigns - Intermediate Excel knowledge - Strong teamwork and client orientation skills to help the team grow - Strong knowledge managing campaigns and optimizations - Strong knowledge managing Campaign reporting - Intermediate knowledge with ecommerce tools: Instacart, Kroger, Criteo, Walmart, Skai, and Pacvue Nice to Have - Knowledge in SEM is a plus - Strong knowledge in one/two of the following fields: Community Management, Media planning, Media Buying, Creative strategy - Ad Serving Tools: GCM, Sizmek - Bidding Management Tools: Marin, Skai, 4C - Verification Tools: IAS - MOAT
