Your Impact: Lead COGS productivity governance by connecting stakeholders to drive the productivity plan through the full pipeline cycle. Own Boomerang strategy and execution across regions to ensure cost avoidance, AOP delivery, and efficient E2E return networks. Key Objectives: Maximize returns across channels. Coordinate carton redesign efforts with teams to boost efficiency. Support negotiations to increase returns. Design cost-effective processes with local operations. Implement plastic boxes in pre-sale DTS, aiming for 100% return and scaling to other channels. Ensure regional visibility and alignment on cardboard-related initiatives. Influence stakeholders toward COGS and Boomerang objectives, driving efficiencies and fostering a cost-conscious culture. Ensure timely visibility of progress, risks, and opportunities using Business Intelligence.
