Requirements: Solid experience in Project Management within IT, business transformation, or related fields. Strong knowledge of: Project lifecycle management , including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Risk management , resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Monday.com). Budget management and financial tracking for projects. Delivering projects in compliance with ITIL or other service management frameworks. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Desired certifications (not mandatory): PMP (Project Management Professional). Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). Advanced English (Proficient or higher). Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper resource allocation and task prioritization. Monitor project progress using tools and techniques to track performance and ensure milestones are met. Identify and assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. Act as the primary point of contact and communicate project updates to stakeholders, leadership, and team members. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports. Facilitate team meetings and foster a collaborative and proactive project environment. Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Work Schedule : Business hours (between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm).
