Location: Bogotá, Colombia Responsibilities: The LATAM DM Sales Force Trainer Manager is responsible for ensuring the sales force capabilities (REP and DSMs) within the DM perimeter for our three BU (Dermatological Skincare, Therapeutic Dermatology and Injectable Aesthetics), having also responsibility to coach them in the field, tracking their evolution, developing action plans when needed and getting insights from the field to enrich commercial/marketing strategies. - Implement Sales Training & Sales force Effectiveness processes and plans related to planning, developing and delivering training programs that enable the organization's sales force to maximize its sales potential, for Sales Representatives (REPs) and District Sales Managers (DSMs). - Lead and execute Sales Training & Sales force Effectiveness plans to deliver a variety of programs, including new hire orientation, product training, sales effectiveness, etc. to the sales teams (Sales Representatives and District Sales Managers). - Execute Sales Training & Sales force Effectiveness plans by monitoring/tracking sales performance as it relates to training program effectiveness - Prioritize and coordinate the development and/or selection of training materials and identification and tracking of training needs of staff members. - Coordinate and implement key Sales Training & Sales force Effectiveness activities to promote sales excellence through various means, including metrics management, analyses of sales results, customer segmentation and targeting and coaching. - Establish and maintain potential relationship with all stakeholders within and outside the organization. - Availability to travel - will serve CAMCAR, Andean and Southern Cone. Profile: Education/Training: - Bachelor’s degree - Fluent English is a competitive advantage Work Experience: - Strong experience in training pharmaceutical sales force - Connect with and influence other specialist departments, external service providers and current Distributors within the DM perimeter. - May convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches - Prepares presentations and concepts to be presented to leadership and company committees - Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with Galderma managers - Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and guide and provide solutions to customers and key stakeholders - Provide technical guidance to line managers and employees Employer’s Rights: This job description does not list all the duties of the job.
