Talent Acquisition Partner Worldpanel by Numerator Bogotá, Colombia Hibrido - 2x/week We´re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for our NOLA (North Latin America) Recruitment Team responsible mainly for Colombia and Ecuador (but also supporting eventually other LATAM and global positions). Main responsibilities: - Sourcing and Screening: - Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. - Recruitment Strategy: - Understand staffing/business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This may involve supporting the hiring managers with job descriptions, conducting market research and analyzing best hiring practices. - Interviewing and Selection: - Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates' skills and experience and make recommendations to hiring managers. Make use of various assessment tools and techniques to ensure a fair and objective selection process. - Compliance: - Ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to relevant employment laws, regulations and internal procedures. Requisites: - Bachelor degree completed. - Previous experience with recruitment with different countries/cultures/languages. - Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources of recruitment. - Experience with HR management systems is a PLUS (Success Factor, Workday, etc.). - Advanced English. - Well organized. - Good interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
