Level 3 - Solutions Architect We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Level 3 - Solutions Architect to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide end-to-end IT support, collaborating closely with our technology partners to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities: Present the company in a way that represents the company’s purpose, core values, and culture. Work with clients to ensure their technical issues are resolved and business needs are met. Manage user experience and expectations through empathy and professional communication to provide great customer service (prime directive). Perform day-to-day support of Apple and Windows platforms, including workstation and server operating systems, policies management, and administration. Handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure. Resolve technical problems with deployed technology infrastructure and solutions. Troubleshoot and creatively solve technical problems. Create and maintain documentation, including technical procedures, user guides, and configurations. Plan projects and oversee them to completion. Continuously learn and improve proactive management of infrastructure. Research and recommend solutions to meet business needs and challenges. Plan, design, and implement solutions based on customer needs and objectives. Assess products to determine the best value and provide recommendations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Experience with creating Documentation and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) , ensuring clear and consistent processes. Experience working in a Managed Services environment, providing hands-on support and managing technology solutions for clients. Solutions Architect and design experience with Azure , Microsoft 365 , and Intune , including planning and implementing solutions. Expertise in Windows Server group policies/administration , ensuring proper configuration and security. Scripting experience with PowerShell , Bash , or Python to automate and streamline tasks. Experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Azure environments, including cloud infrastructure and services. Troubleshooting application performance and latency , ensuring smooth application functionality. Email security experience with tools like Proofpoint and Avanan , providing email threat protection and security. Project planning and management experience, with the ability to plan and execute technical projects effectively. Solid understanding of technology infrastructure and its management, including hardware, software, networks, and security. Experience with Apple and Windows workstation and server environments , providing comprehensive support across both platforms. Strong analytical and planning skills to assess and implement technology solutions effectively. Strong interpersonal skills , with the ability to build lasting relationships with both staff and clients. Qualifications & Screening Criteria: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure management . Demonstrated stability in employment history with a solid track record of success.
