Job Description - Office Administrator (11008073D20250424) Join a winning team responsible for driving the Latin American treaty reinsurance business into the next dimension. Based in Bogota, Colombia. Responsibilities include: Assist the Office Manager in overseeing office operations and administrative functions. Prepare and maintain documents, reports, virtual library, and presentations. Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking. Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate record-keeping. Coordinate office activities and events to foster a positive work environment. Manage the commercial agenda, booking flights and hotels according to company policy and rates. Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in onboarding new employees and organizing training sessions. Support internal and market event coordination. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance office efficiency. Assist with special projects as assigned by the Office Manager or senior management. The compensation package includes a base salary, bonus, and benefits, set according to the candidate's skills and experience. Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role is advantageous. Technical or bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field preferred. Proficiency in English and Spanish. Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude. Ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent service. Ability to take ownership and communicate effectively, explaining complex matters clearly.
