More about this role What you need to know about this position: The Supply Chain Digital Delivery Lead is the customer face of the MDS team and will work closely with stakeholders in the Supply Chain and Backoffice areas to deliver and support the implementation of systems and processes. This role is expected to provide leadership and guidance in process management activities and solutions related to requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation. As the agenda for Supply Chain Digitalization grows, WACAM requires a dedicated approach to drive strategic planning, portfolio and project management, and business partnership for daily operations more effectively and efficiently. This role is responsible for supporting WACAM in: Assisting in the integration of moderately complex processes to ensure that processes and systems support and meet business needs. Utilizing deep and comprehensive knowledge to assess current processes and systems to identify areas of opportunity and suggest improvements to current practices. Providing support in the deployment and implementation of Supply Chain and Backoffice projects. Coordinating within MDS and Business Functions for local platform and solution support. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage people, and gather support for ongoing supply chain projects. Additionally, experience working within the respective business area and an understanding of supply chain processes, data, and analytics is required. Job Requirements: Business unit information management and understanding of the sales process. At least 5 years of experience in supply chain and backoffice functions and over 10 years of work experience in IT and business/industry. Ability to support supply chain projects across MDLZ by identifying potential solutions. Ability to guide business leadership with investment recommendations in MDS and Digitalization. Proven experience leading supply chain digitalization and transformation projects such as IBP, S4, O9, Transportation Management. Knowledge of working in Agile or Waterfall methodology and a deep understanding of phased approaches in the Software Development Life Cycle. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technology/development partners and business partners. Ability to translate technical issues to business users. Ability to independently influence others to achieve objectives. Ability to deal with ambiguity while managing change, risk, and uncertainty. Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
