This flexibility is supported by a strong Senior Director of Engineering who oversees day-to-day team management and a technical Chief Product Officer who can partner on shared responsibilities. In either model, you’ll be our most senior and capable technologist, championing architectural clarity, technical depth, and inclusive, AI-driven innovation.
