Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative As Customer Service Representative, you are the key component in providing excellent customer service by creating World Class customer service experiences for customers with broken appliances. Here are your primary responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and empathize with the customer - Convince the customer that our services are the best fit for their situation and schedule in-home service appointments with one of our trained Appliance Repair Technicians - Effectively communicate with the customer to ensure they understand the appointment time and services needed - Order and track parts to ensure efficient use of company materials - Keep highly detailed records in our customer relationship software - Respond to customer emails Position Requirements - Fluency in spoken English; C1 level is the minimum requirement. The ideal candidate has spent time living in an English-speaking country. - Friendly attitude: we all have bad days, but this position requires that you present a friendly face to the customer, no matter how you’re feeling. - Reliable internet: this is absolutely required. All of your communication with customers and our team will be over the internet. You must have an internet connection with sufficient speed and reliability to make high quality calls throughout the whole day. - Equipment: we can provide a recommended headset for calls, but you should have your own computer and a quiet workspace to take calls. Pets, family members, and other background noises should not be heard on your phone calls. Benefits & Pay The starting salary for this position is $7 USD per hour, with opportunities for promotion after demonstrating reliability and good performance.
